Reel Inferno

Last night we headed into the Docklands to join professional dancer and dance teacher Roma McSherry for a lesson in Irish step dancing.  We practiced a multipart (really: it was like an advanced game of memory) ceili or group dance.  We think we got fairly…

Kelsey Captures First-Ever Hubbard Selfie (And More!)

Kelsey strikes again!  This time she focuses more on portraiture–especially on underrepped leader and teacher mugs.  We wouldn’t say she was trolling us, but she got some great shots including action shots of Mrs. Hubbard’s first-ever selfie!  Look out, world!

Howth Through Another Lens

Our crew is as talented at writing as they are at photographing!  Here are Madison’s sweet views of our day at Howth!

Snails and Sushi

Indigo has contributed some shnazzy snaps from our day at Glasnevin. Please note: the snails were not (we repeat: NOT) a part of our sushi dinner.

Living Things

Andy’s back at it, and this photographic set she calls the “Living Things Edition.”

Rising Above

Katie and Helen caught some air on the Howth pier.  Here are a couple views of their flight.  The first taken by Brenna, the second hot shot by Mrs. Mead.

Howth It Going?

Today we boarded a train for the seaside village of Howth.  We walked the ocean facing promenade, we wrote poetry in the sea breeze, and we ate fish n’ chips on the grass.  It was pretty idyllic!

Ha’penny Bridge

We paused to brave the drizzle and take a quick picture on our walk home from dinner last night. Our backdrop of choice?  Dublin’s historic Ha’penny Bridge. Please excuse the raindrops caught on camera!

Landscaping

Kelsey’s very aesthetic eye brought her to an appreciation of Glasnevin’s landscape and it shows in her photos!  Here are a couple of pics that mirror her admiration:

Escargot, My Car Go

In addition to finding some old souls in Glasnevin Cemetery, some of our writers found some old snails.  Here’s Andy’s glam shots of both.
